  • How do I know what size to order?

    Measuring your pet’s neck is the best way to know what size to order. Many of our products fit a range of neck sizes. If you need additional guidance, feel free to reach out to us directly.

  • What is your return or exchange policy?

    At Miles Jr!, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please reach out so we can discuss how to change that.

  • Do you take custom orders?

    All the time! If you have an idea for a special design, print, size, etc. for your pet, email us so we can discuss your options.

    *Custom orders often have an additional fee, to cover the additional costs associated with the acquisition of their materials. The timeline of each custom order is different and will vary based on complexity.

  • How long does it take to create my accessories?

    While we try to create your items as soon as possible, we give ourselves a 3-6 week window to complete your order.

  • Once shipped, how long until I receive my order?

    Miles Jr! ships items via USPS First Class Mail Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Most items arrive within 2-5 business days, but once the package is accepted by the carrier, we have no control over delivery time. All orders receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. If you prefer your item sooner, we can create a custom listing for you with expedited shipping charges.

  • How did you decide the designs for your products?

    All Miles Jr! products are designed with your pet’s lifestyle in mind. Our decades of experience working intimately with pets and their owners gives us an advantage on how to create for pets. Whether they’re playing, lounging, or begging for treats, we create our products with your pet’s lifestyle and safety as our top priority.

  • You have so many options, how do I choose?

    We can help. One of our favorite ways to help, is to offer styling advice. We base our suggestions on your pet’s personality and what colors or print would compliment their good looks. Reach out to us if you would like some styling assistance.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, Miles Jr! does not regularly ship internationally due to shipping and customs costs. We have customers who have made special requests for international orders, and we are happy to accommodate these requests. The customer accepts full responsibility for all shipping charges or customs fees that result from such a request. US customers have the option of having their accessories shipped to them directly so they, in turn, may ship to the recipient themsleves.
